I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to a beautiful historical city. I was impressed by the great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially for a nice double room with basic amenities and a clean private bathroom with hot showers. Secondly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near the historical center, just a short walk away from the main plaza. This allowed me to explore the city easily and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Their attention to detail and helpfulness, like holding my bags while I went on a trek, made my stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was fine with my stay at this hotel.

We enjoyed the stunning views of the city and hills from our balcony. Key locations were within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring and shopping. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were helpful with recommendations for activities. The breakfast was delicious and was a great way to start our day.
The hot water in the room was difficult to regulate, switching from boiling to cold without warning. We also had a couple of instances where the hot water completely switched off.
